Cardiovascular Perioperative Staff

CV Periop provides pre and post-operative/post-procedure nursing care for the patient undergoing procedures for congenital and acquired heart disease, cardiac patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures requiring cardiovascular anesthesia, as well as cardiac patients undergoing any other specialized surgery that requires cardiovascular anesthesia. CV Periop also serves as a clinic location for our single ventricle patients that are being managed by the Hearts at Home program as well as additional heart transplant clinic visits throughout the week. Our dedicated team of nurses in this area specialize in all aspects of peri-anesthesia care from pre-admission testing to post anesthesia recovery.
