Neurogenetics
Patients with a personal or family history of a neurologic disorder with a possible genetic basis receive specialized evaluation and genetic counseling in our neurogenetics clinic. While some patients may have a history of such conditions in their family, others may be the first or only member of their family to exhibit symptoms. A specialized consultation in the neurogenetics clinic can evaluate for a genetic basis to your child's neurologic condition and provide counseling and support to those with a newly diagnosed neurogenetic condition.
