Patient Referral

Welcome to our Providers' Patient Referral page. We value our referring providers and are committed to ensuring a smooth and efficient referral process. It is recommended that all providers send referrals electronically. Providers within the Children’s of Alabama network should send referrals via EPIC. All others should be sent using EpicCare Link. Once the referral has been received, a member of our scheduling department will contact the parent/guardian to schedule the appointment.
