Special Interests
Dr. Wilson, a native of Huntsville, joined Over the Mountain Pediatrics in 1999. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama in Chemistry where she was awarded the Distinguished Undergraduate Scholar Award from the College of Arts and Sciences. She received her medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine and completed her residency at Children's of Alabama. She then served as co-chief resident for the Department of Pediatrics before joining Over the Mountain Pediatrics. She is board certified in Pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She and her husband Joe have three children and live in Homewood. She enjoys traveling with her family and training for triathalons.
