Dr. Habeeb earned her undergraduate degree from Birmingham-Southern College, her medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine and completed her residency at the University of Arizona. She is a member of the Jefferson County Medical Association and the Medical Association of the State of Alabama. She is board certified and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She received the Pediatrics Review in Education Award in 1996, 1999, 2002 and 2005. Dr. Habeeb is a member of the Junior League of Birmingham and is an active member at Southminster Presbyterian Church. She is married and has two children.
