Dr. Hamm is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American Medical Association, the Jefferson County Pediatric Society and the Jefferson County Medical Society. Dr. Hamm is married and the father of three children. He enjoys doing yard work and minor home repairs, in his spare time. He is active in his church and enjoys doing medical mission trips to third world countries. Dr. Hamm is a 1979 graduate of Auburn University. He completed Medical School at the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham and completed both his Internship and Residency at the The Children’s Hospital of Alabama. Dr Hamm joined Vestavia Pediatrics in July of 1986. He is certified in Pediatric Medicine by the American Board of Pediatrics.
