Compliance Meet & Greet
In 2018, the Corporate Compliance and Internal Audit Department began a new initiative centered around small group meetings (8-10 employees) for 15-20 minutes each. The main goal of these meetings is to build relationships with employees and increase their understanding of the Compliance Program by initiating discussions regarding the Hotline, the No-Retaliation Policy, and the Code of Conduct. We hope these small group meetings will increase the effectiveness of the Compliance Program.
