Special Interests
Dr. McElderry has been at Greenvale Pediatrics' Brook Highland location since 2003. She is a native Southerner, growing up in Kentucky, Texas, and South Carolina. She received a BA in English and a BS in Biology from Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC, and her MD degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC. After residency completion in 2000, she served as Assistant Professor of Pediatrics on faculty at the University of Kentucky, with strong interest and training in Adolescent Medicine. She is board-certified in Pediatrics and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
