Kendra Gillis Colvin, MD, FAAP* Kendra Gillis Colvin, MD, FAAP*

Dr. Colvin received a B.S. in Biology from Spelman College in Atlanta, Ga. and her medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency at Florida State University in Pensacola. She also completed a pediatric dermatology fellowship at the University of California San Diego and has a special interest in skin diseases and allergies. Dr. Colvin and her husband have three sons.


Cheryl Gardner Fekete, MD, FAAP* Cheryl Gardner Fekete, MD, FAAP*

Dr. Fekete is a native of Andalusia, Alabama. She graduated from the University of Alabama School of Medicine, and completed her residency in pediatrics at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. She has a special interest in nutrition and in breast feeding promotion. Dr. Fekete and her husband, Bob, have two children.


Alicia Hughes, MD, FAAP*Alicia Hughes, MD, FAAP*

Dr. Hughes is a native of the Philippines and a graduate of the University of Santo Tomas Medical School in Manila. She completed her residency at the Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children and Women, a division of the Orlando Regional Health Care System in Florida. Her special interests include developmental pediatrics and preventive medicine. Dr. Hughes and her husband have two children.


Madhuri Penugonda, MDDina Winston, MD, FAAP*

Dr. Winston is a native of Montgomery and received her early education in the Montgomery Public School System. She received a B.S. in Microbiology at the University of Alabama. After receiving her medical degree from the UA School of Medicine in 1988, she completed a pediatric residency at the University Hospital and Children's Hospital of Alabama. She is a member of the Medical Association of Alabama. She is also on the Central YMCA Board of Directors and the Montgomery Academy Board of Directors. She enjoys spending time with her family, especially her three daughters.


Olivia C Garcia, MDOlivia C Garcia, MD

Dr. Garcia is a graduate of the University of Santo Thomas Medical School in Manila. Her special interests include developmental pediatrics and preventive medicine. She has lived in Alabama since 1998.


Karen Doles, MDKaren Doles, MD, FAAP*

Dr. Doles graduated medical school from the University of Tennessee in Memphis (Go Vols!). She completed her pediatric residency at The Women and Childrens Hospital in Buffalo, NY. After residency, she spent a year working in the pediatric emergency room and was the primary medical physician for inpatient children at the Western New York Childrens Psychiatric Center. She and her husband moved to Montgomery in 2007. They enjoy a busy life with their four children.


Malissa Hoy, DOMalissa K. Hoy, DO, FAAP*

Dr. Hoy grew up in Marbury, Alabama and graduated from Marbury High School. She joined PTC in 2018, She attended medical school in West Virginia at West Virginia Osteopathic Medical School and from there traveled even further north to Michigan for her residency at St. John Hospital and Medical Center. When she finished she brought her family back to Alabama and has been practicing in Alabama since 2011. In her spare time she and her husband run a small cattle farm and enjoy spending time with her two boys. Dr. Hoy is board certified.
