  • Speak with your nurse. If your nurse is not able to help, ask to speak with a charge nurse or the manager.
  • Call Patient Relations at 205-638-3999 (83999 from a Hospital phone). Office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Hablamos Español.
