Children’s has adapted its recruitment and hiring process to meet changing needs throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. “In the beginning of the pandemic, we were still learning how to safely engage with our applicants while still providing a realistic introduction to the organization and job preview. We temporarily conducted virtual video interviews until we could safely offer in-person interviews. Today, we offer in-person interviews onsite, and we require a mask or face covering, temperature check as well as social distancing,” Gosney said.
