BIRMINGHAM – Registration is now open for the 10th Annual Advancement in the Care of Pediatric Cancer & Blood Disorders Symposium at Children’s of Alabama. The symposium will be held on Friday, Oct. 18, 7:45 a.m.-3:45 p.m. in the Bradley Lecture Center (1601 5th Ave. S., Birmingham 35233.)

The event, hosted by the Alabama Center for Childhood Cancer and Blood Disorders at Children’s, brings together experts from Children’s and the University of Alabama at Birmingham to share the latest findings related to the diagnosis, technology, care and treatment of pediatric hematology and oncology patients. Registration is available online at give.ChildrensAL.org/cancer. The fee for the daylong event is $35 and includes continental breakfast and lunch. Parking is available in the Children’s Park Place deck at the corner of 16th Street and 5th Avenue South.
