Libby Hancock was born with cerebral palsy and seizure disorder. As part of her therapy, she began to needlepoint at age 9. Dr. Jeffrey Blount has performed 10 surgeries on Libby. To thank him for his care and compassion, Libby presented Dr. Blount with a needlepoint angel that she created.
