Inside Pediatrics Podcast

BIRMINGHAM – Children’s of Alabama has debuted its podcast series to highlight and discuss current pediatric healthcare topics.

Inside Pediatrics is a free monthly podcast series featuring specialists at Children’s of Alabama and the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). Episodes cover subject matter related to child health and wellness, research and treatment, and frequently complement articles appearing in Children’s Inside Pediatrics magazine.

“The podcast is a longer format and gives us a chance to dig deeper into each story,” said Tiffany Kaczorowski, podcast host and manager of physician marketing and communications. “We can interview our newsmaker in a casual format, but we’re talking about serious subjects that can make a huge impact on a child’s life. Our hope is that parents, caregivers and friends of Children’s around the country will learn a little bit more about all the great things we are doing here in Alabama.”

The episodes are available for the public to listen to online at www.childrensal.org/podcast.  Podcast episodes can also be found through iTunes, Stitcher and Google Play.
