If you are interested in receiving email or text notifications about media requests, please complete the form below to be added to our contact list. As the media team receives requests for interviews, we will notify those who have expressed interest in doing media interviews.
Most interview requests are received during normal business hours, Monday-Friday. Interviews are typically done for television via video (Zoom, FaceTime, Skype, etc.) or by phone for print and web-based publications. The majority of media requests we receive are for same-day interviews, but some come with longer lead times to allow for more advanced planning.
The notifications you receive from the media team will include the interview topic, reporter’s name and outlet, type of interview (video or phone) and deadline.
If we send an interview topic that interests you and you are available before the reporter’s deadline, please follow the instructions provided with the notification. Please respond directly to the media team instead of the entire group.
We will not share your direct contact information with a reporter until a date and time for the interview is confirmed. The contact information you provide on this form will only be used by the media team to send notifications.
