Q: Is the Bradley Lecture Center compatible with Macintosh and Apple computers?
A: Yes. We can handle any kind of computer in the BLC
Q: Is there a satellite up-link capability?
A: No, at the present time, we have down-link capacity only.
Q: Is the Bradley Lecture Center able to do Webcasting / Teleconferencing?
A: Yes, we have this capability. However, we will need a week's notice prior to the webcast or teleconferece for equipment availability.
Q: Can you record our meetings?
A: Yes. We have the capability to record and webcast meetings live over the internet. See the page on A/V Recording.
Q: Can I choose my own caterer?
A: Only pre-approved caterers are permitted to deliver food to the Bradley Lecture Center.
Q: Can I have a meeting in the evening or on weekends?
A: Yes. However, an additional service charge applies to nights and weekends.
Q: How late may I order food?
A: All food must be ordered by noon Wednesday of the week prior to your event.
Q: Can I email my presentation to The Bradley Lecture Center ahead of time?
A: Yes. Presentations can also be brought the day of the meeting on flash drive or CD
Q: Can I reserve a room if I am not sure how many people will attend?
A: No. We have no way to determine what size room to reserve.
Q: Can you hold a room for me "tentatively"?
A: All bookings are on a first come, first serve basis. If another meeting planner is ready to confirm a definite meeting, they will have first choice of date.
Q: Can I reserve multiple dates until I decide which one I need?
A: No. This is not fair to other meeting planners who also need space. We cannot book multiple events for the same date.
Q: Can we have our meal served privately in our meeting room?
A: Yes, but there is an additional charge for the equipment and labor involved in setting up and cleaning up a private buffet.
