Special Interests: Caring for critically ill children with congenital and acquired heart disease, with particular interests in single ventricle physiology, pulmonary hypertension and mechanical support for the failing heart; Leading quality improvement projects to continually improve the care and outcomes of our patients; Education of nursing staff, pediatric residents and pediatric and cardiac critical care fellows in the cardiac step-down unit and cardiac intensive care unit .
