The Children's of Alabama Continuing Medical Education Program, established in 1977, strives to continually improve quality of care by providing high quality educational activities which are relevant to the hospital's mission, the patient population served, and the types of services provided. The CME Program is a direct responsibility of the Board of Trustees and the Medical Executive Committee and is accredited by the Medical Association of the State of Alabama.
The Children's of Alabama CME Program accredits a variety of activities including weekly on-site Pediatric Medical Grand Rounds, which may be viewed from an off-site location for CME credit, other regularly scheduled series, and conferences. The CME Program is supported by the Children's of Alabama CME Committee and the Medical Education Resources Department.
Please submit suggestions on how we can make improvements to the CME Program to help better serve.
