Thrive Pediatric Nutrition Specialists, Inc is providing a learning opportunity for parents of children ages 6-11 years at Mayfair Medical Group. Child Nutrition expert, Ali Elliott will be sharing methods for training children to grow in making healthy choices. If you value nutrition and health, join us on the evening of May 1st, at 5:30pm to hear the who, what, when, where and why's of nourishing your child. 

This is a group setting. Individual health information will not be shared. Should a Mayfair patient request a separate nutrition referral, a HIPAA Form should be filled out prior to release of information.
