BIRMINGHAM – The University of Georgia recently named Brian Kulbersh, MD as a Class of 2014 40 Under 40 Honoree. Dr. Kulbersh of Savannah, Ga., has been practicing otolaryngology at Children’s of Alabama since 2012. After graduating from UGA in 2001, he completed his General Surgery Internship and Otolaryngology Residency at UAB. Dr. Kulbersh is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology.
The UGA Alumni Association founded the 40 Under 40 program to honor young, successful alumni. These graduates must have made a significant impact in their field of work by the time they are 40 years old. This year the UGA Alumni Association received nearly 400 nominations. Honorees are invited to attend an awards luncheon at the Georgia Aquarium Oceans Ballroom to celebrate the graduates’ accomplishments. Each honoree is given tickets to a UGA football game where they are recognized on the field.
