Continuing Education:

30 hours of continuing education has been requested for Dietitians and Dietetic Technicians.  Continuing education has been requested from the Alabama Board of Nursing.

Fees:
The $200.00 registration fee for this course includes daily continental breakfast, refreshments breaks and all handout materials. Deadline for registration is February 10, 2015. Space is limited; participants will be taken on a first come basis. All registration fees, with the exception of a $10.00 administrative fee will be refunded if written cancellation is made by February 10, 2015. No refunds are available after this date.

Location/Lodging:
The conference will be held at the Birmingham Hilton Perimeter Park located at 8 Perimeter Park South, Birmingham, AL 35243. A special conference rate has been secured at $131.00 single/double. This price includes a complimentary shuttle bus to and from the airport. Reservations are required for the airport shuttle.
